Caregiver

North BrabantHybridHours negotiable<3months

As a healthcare professional in the Flexpool of a care organization, you work flexibly, but with responsibility. You bring calm, structure, and proximity to locations where continuity is important and where you truly make a difference. You will be deployed at locations where staff shortages require professional support. You participate as a full-fledged colleague, quickly gain an overview, and actively contribute to the stability and quality of the guidance.

What you do

  • You guide clients in group homes, studios, or apartments.
  • Sometimes in day activities (or a combination of living and day activities).
  • Always with attention to well-being, structure, and development.

You identify what is happening, coordinate with colleagues, and act professionally, even in more complex situations. You find the right balance between adapting and setting boundaries. There is less administration and more focus on actual guidance.

Practical

You primarily work with clients and fellow caregivers at the location. Together, it will be determined which target group suits you best: from mild intellectual disability to intensive care and very intensive guidance needs (EVB+). You work in day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, depending on the location. Night or sleep shifts may occur and are always agreed upon in advance. You work with clear agreements and backup, sometimes independently and sometimes together with colleagues in the group.

What makes working in the Flexpool different?

  • Flexible working, with professional responsibility.
  • Participating as a full-fledged colleague within teams.
  • Control over locations and services that suit you.
  • Professional deployment where you make a difference.

What they ask

  • Completed MBO-3, MBO-4, or HBO healthcare diploma (e.g., Social Care, Social Work, SPH, Nursing).
  • You are resilient.
  • You switch quickly and professionally.
  • Work experience is a plus, not a must.

A diploma is necessary because you will be deployed independently and professionally within teams.

Offer.

  • A permanent contract, with the number of hours to be determined in consultation. A temporary contract is also negotiable.
  • Salary according to the CAO-Gehandicaptenzorg (Collective Labor Agreement for Disabled Care), classified in FWG 35, 40, or 45, depending on education and experience.
  • A fixed year-end bonus of 8.33% of your annual salary and 8% holiday allowance.
  • Irregularity allowance for working in the evenings, weekends, and on holidays.
  • The Fisc Free program, with which you can utilize up to €400 per year in tax benefits, for example, for a bicycle, fitness subscription, tablet, or gift cards.
  • Flexible use of leave hours. Possibility to save or buy extra leave hours.
  • Plenty of opportunities to grow in your profession and further develop your talents.

For this position, a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required. References will be contacted.
