Within the Client Participation department, everything revolves around the co-determination of clients and their relatives within the adult care of a healthcare organization. We support clients, care managers, and teams with knowledge, advice, training, and practical tools related to client co-determination. You will join a team of four part-time Client Participation Officers and a care manager. We work independently and professionally and regularly connect for alignment, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
We also work closely with experience experts, relatives, and the organization's Central Client Council. Together, we ensure that clients can discuss, think along, and decide on topics that are important to them.
What you do
- You are committed to strengthening the position of clients within co-determination.
- You support clients participating in the Central Client Council and actively contribute to the further development of client co-determination within the organization.
- You prepare the meetings of the Central Client Council, create agendas, and coordinate with clients, relatives, and involved professionals.
- During meetings, consultations, and sounding board groups, you support clients so they can participate as effectively as possible.
- When necessary, you individually guide and coach clients to confidently fulfill their role within co-determination.
- You also work to increase knowledge about client co-determination within the organization.
- You are the point of contact for healthcare professionals and managers and maintain contacts with internal and external collaboration partners.
- You advise on issues related to participation and co-determination.
- Another part of your role is developing and implementing training, methodologies, and tools. With this, you contribute to client participation that is strong and future-proof.
- Advising, organizing, connecting, and coaching come together in this role. You are given ample space to work independently while being at the heart of the organization and making a visible difference for clients.

- You smoothly switch between clients, relatives, and professionals.
