A government organization is seeking temporary external support to clear the backlog of Wmo applications and shorten the waiting list.
- The assignment ends as soon as the backlog has been cleared.
What you will do.
- Independently handle and process all types of Wmo reports.
- Provide guidance where necessary, in collaboration with direct colleagues, other teams, or chain partners.
- Conduct home visits for clarification of questions and investigation.
- Assess Wmo reports and record findings in a support plan.
- Apply the funnel of independence to arrive at appropriate support.
- Participate in case discussions.
- Contribute to reducing the backlog of outstanding Wmo reports and shortening the waiting list.
- Increase the number of timely processed Wmo reports.
- Ensure careful and lawful execution of Wmo processes.
- Create space within the team to work within desired turnaround times again.

What they ask
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience as a Wmo consultant within a municipal institution.
- Willingness to work fully in the office and possess own transport.
- Demonstrable work experience as a Wmo consultant with conducting home visits.
- At least a demonstrable completed HBO bachelor's degree in the direction of SPH, SJD, or MWD.
- Bring your own device for business contacts.
Preferences.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 6 years as a Wmo consultant at a municipal institution.
- Demonstrable work experience with indicating household support, housing adaptations, mobility aids, transport, and guidance.
- Demonstrable work experience with working with the client system i-samenleving.
- At least 3 demonstrable completed courses or training programs in the field of Wmo and Youth, Interviewing and guidance, Culturally sensitive work, and/or Social-societal support.
