A healthcare organization is looking for an MBO level 4 Nurse for a home care team. This team focuses on providing care to clients who exhibit misunderstood behavior and have a somatic care need, including clients with a primary psychiatric background. Providing structure and extra attention are key aspects of the approach.
What you will do.
- Support and guide clients in their own living environment.
- Provide care tailored to the client, with an emphasis on self-management.
- Work according to a pre-established care plan.
- Monitor and evaluate care.
- Implement improvements, possibly in collaboration with colleagues, informal caregivers, general practitioners, and other partners.
Profile
- Completed MBO level 4 Nurse education.
- Good communicative, written, and social skills.
- Enthusiastic, stimulating, and respectful work attitude.
- Ability to provide appropriate feedback.
- Experience with computer programs.
- Affinity with the target group.
- Proficient in reserved and high-risk procedures.
- Registered in the Bigregister and Kwaliteitsregister.
- Available for all shifts (day, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts).
