An inspiring studio is looking for an independent sales professional to find business clients for one-day programs focused on personal development, team development, and leadership. The programs are practical, energetic, and distinctive.
What you sell. Our programs are focused on:
- Learning to look more critically and differently at yourself, your work
- Learning to recognize and break fixed patterns and assumptions
- Seeing more possibilities and actually utilizing them
- Becoming more aware of the importance of human creativity and critical thinking in a world where AI can do more and more (and makes mistakes)
- Translating insights into different behavior and concrete choices
What they ask We are looking for an independent freelance sales partner who:
- has experience with B2B sales
- is accustomed to finding and approaching prospects independently
- has a network within HR, L&D, management, or business services
- easily establishes contact with decision-makers
- enjoys selling substantive and distinctive offerings
- works independently and is results-oriented
Experience selling training, coaching, consultancy, HR services, or other business services is a plus.
How you collaborate. You work completely independently and determine your own sales approach. There are two possible options:
- Lead & meeting partner: You find relevant organizations, establish contact, and arrange a qualified appointment. The organization then handles the sales conversation and closing.
- Full-cycle sales partner: You find the prospect, conduct the sales conversation, and guide the client up to the booking.
Practical
For every new client you bring in, you receive 10% commission on the first booking. For a follow-up booking from the same client within 12 months, you receive 5% commission.
