Your role is to support residents. Together with colleagues, you ensure a safe and livable residential environment at a reception center and help residents shape their lives. You will work at a reception center of a government organization.
What you will do.
- Staff the information desk
- Receive new residents
- Organize activities
- Discuss with residents how you can help them

- Easily establishes contact, even with language barriers
- Able to activate residents without taking the lead, so they can develop themselves
Profile
- Education: Minimum MBO level 4 degree in the social-pedagogical domain
- Work experience: Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in methodically guiding specific target groups, including internship experience
- Flexibility: Flexibly available between 08:00-22:00 and for weekend shifts
Practical
- Works collaboratively in a team with program counselors and case managers
- Team size varies from 15 to 40 colleagues
- Will start at a reception center in the region, with training by an experienced colleague
