Responsible for achieving the recruitment objectives within a municipal organization.

• The assignment focuses on independently filling up to 50 vacancies within various domains of the organization, including scarce and hard-to-fill positions.

What you will do.

• Independently fill up to 50 vacancies within various domains of the organization, including scarce and hard-to-fill positions.
• Actively approach candidates (proactive sourcing and headhunting).
• Utilize innovative recruitment methods and a regional labor market approach.
• Advise managers on labor market developments and recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a predictable, uniform, and efficient recruitment process.
• Strengthen the visibility and attractiveness of the organization as an employer within the regional labor market.

What they ask

• Demonstrable minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment.
• Demonstrable minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment within a municipal organization.
• Demonstrable knowledge of and network in the local labor market.
• Demonstrable experience in actively recruiting scarce profiles.
• Demonstrable experience in advising on and developing recruitment & selection policies and methods.
• Demonstrable experience with social media recruitment campaigns.
• Agreement with the stated secondment conditions.

Preferences.
