Working within a psychiatric center that is part of a larger care organization.

Providing warm, person-centered care and support to residents with long-term psychological vulnerability.

What you will do.

Work as a caregiver within a psychiatric nursing home with 60 clients.
Combine care with psychosocial support.
Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team.
Work in an environment where calm, structure, and professional proximity are central.
Work in a rotating shift system with early, late, and weekend shifts.
Perform caregiving tasks within your area of expertise.
Guide and support clients in various life domains (housing, leisure, health).
Observe the psychological and physical well-being of clients.
Report carefully, ensure good handover, and support the continuity of care within the team.
Undertake administrative tasks where necessary.

Profile

Possesses a caregiver visa.
Experience with or affinity for long-term psychological vulnerability is a plus.
