Polyvalent Soft Facilities Employee

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail: distribution of incoming documents (paper and digital) and sorting (basic and detailed sorting).
• Scan documents using the various systems and applications in use.
• Index documentation after checking and correcting any errors.
• Manage archives and ensure their optimal organization.
• Manage orders and deliveries: process, check, distribute, and store requests.
• Print documents within agreed deadlines and in accordance with quality standards.
• Other possible tasks such as mailbox management.

What they ask

• Diploma of higher secondary education or equivalent by experience.
• Good knowledge of Dutch.
• At least a passive knowledge of French (especially for interpreting digital and paper documents).
• Good administrative knowledge and basic knowledge of current computer programs.
• Willingness to learn programs and applications specific to the department.

• Discretion, accuracy, and speed are your strengths.
• You are flexible: you can easily switch from one task to another, and you can also handle fluctuations in work volume or when certain tasks repeat.
• You are able to perform occasional light physical work, such as lifting loads.
• You are a team player and derive satisfaction from collaborating with your colleagues, but you are also capable of working independently on the tasks assigned to you.
