Project Manager

• You take end-to-end ownership of projects: from kick-off and scope definition to delivery and aftercare.
• You manage all stakeholders (clients, grid operators, subcontractors, technicians, and internal teams) and ensure a tight information flow and decision-making.
• You draw up schedules, monitor deadlines, and proactively adjust where necessary.
• You monitor project budgets and margins: you track costs, perform post-calculations, and take corrective measures where necessary.
• You organize work preparation and execution with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance (procedures, permits, site context, agreements).
• You coach and guide technicians and subcontractors towards predictable, qualitative execution.
• You ensure professional delivery including documentation and administrative closure.

What they ask

• A bachelor's or master's degree in an electrical field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of low and medium voltage; experience with EV charging infrastructure is a plus.
• Experience in leading technical projects (planning, budget, stakeholders).
• The ability to translate technical complexity into clear actions and communication.
• Structured work, taking ownership, and adjusting based on risks and data.
• Fluent communication in Dutch and a good knowledge of French and English.

• This role is preferably on an independent basis, due to its temporary nature.
