Project Leader Residential and Area Development
This assignment involves integral project management for area development projects, focusing on residential construction and urban planning. What you do
- Managing internal project teams
- Managing external agencies conducting studies
- Preparing administrative decision-making in consultation with the official client
- Guiding the activities of the environmental manager and setting frameworks
- Taking responsibility for land acquisition, coordination with landowners and stakeholders, and resident participation (via the environmental manager)
- Ensuring a financially and practically feasible plan for a livable neighborhood, including water storage
- Exploring possibilities for factory construction to shorten lead times
- Collaborating closely with development partners and initiators

- Minimum 8 years of demonstrable work experience as an area development project leader within a municipal organization

- Demonstrably completed HBO bachelor's degree in urban planning, public administration, business administration, or spatial planning
- Demonstrable work experience with administrative advice to the college, council, and external stakeholders
- Demonstrable work experience with water storage challenges
- Demonstrable work experience with coaching and guiding junior and medior project leaders
