This assignment involves driving business process improvements and fostering change acceptance, balancing market perspectives with internal organizational requirements.

What you do
- Facilitate discussions between process owners, internal experts, and external stakeholders.
- Perform in-depth analysis of new initiatives or change requests.
- Document project conclusions, proposals, and working group decisions.
- Develop comprehensive end-to-end test scenarios and provide hands-on support during execution, migration, and transition activities.
- Create overarching communication and training materials.
- Monitor content dependencies between various projects and maintain a transparent overview of analysis priorities.
What they ask
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the energy sector, including specific knowledge of MIG4 or MIG6.
- Proven experience with the development and optimization of business processes using BPM.
- Experience in quality management and the creation of E2E test scenarios.
- Experience in change management, specifically regarding training and education.
- Knowledgeable about DM Measure processes.
- Strong communicative skills and the ability to facilitate expert-level workshops.
- Fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
Desired skills.
- Experience with stakeholder management in a multi-project environment.
