For a growing organization focused on recruitment and selection, a Recruiter is sought. The team is growing and is looking for someone who identifies with these values.
What you will do.
- Actively search for talent through various channels, including databases and creative methods, and passively attract top talent
- Conduct in-depth interviews on motivation, competencies, cultural fit, and, where relevant, online assessments
- Personally guide candidates from first contact to signing and support them after the start
- Keep the recruitment process administratively in order
- Be given the space to give exclusive attention to each assignment, focusing on depth rather than targets
Profile
- A persistent individual who gets energy from finding the 'needle in the haystack'
- A proactive person with an entrepreneurial spirit who sets things in motion
- Someone who easily connects with people and knows how to enthuse them
- Integrity at its core: discretion and keeping one's word are self-evident
- Eager to learn: dares to ask questions, make mistakes
- Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of English and/or French is a plus
- Resides within ±30 km of the workplace
- Specific education or experience is not decisive; a commercial internship, a side job where you convinced people, or a sports career demonstrating perseverance are valued
