What you do
As an IT Recruiter, you are able to speak the language of business and find the most sought-after IT experts. You join an HR team and manage the talent acquisition process from A to Z.
- You analyze recruitment needs, establish attractive job profiles, and identify potential candidates via social networks, targeted searches on specialized platforms, and the internal database.
- You support candidates throughout the selection process, up to contract signing, and act as a true recruitment partner for your various contacts.
- You represent the organization at job fairs, university/college events, and other IT events, and you fully leverage social networks to continuously develop your own network and that of the organization.
- Depending on your interests and acquired expertise, you may also contribute to general HR projects.
Profile
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources and have a strong affinity for IT.
- You have relevant experience in recruitment, ideally of IT profiles.
- You have a good oral command of Dutch.
