This assignment involves a role within a recruitment agency that is part of a larger international group. The agency operates in Wallonia and offers the flexibility of a local SME with the strength of a large organization. They are looking for a consultant to strengthen their team in one of their local offices.
What you will do.
- Detect talents and match the right temporary worker with the right client.
- Follow up on applications with clients and prospects.
- Ensure administrative follow-up (registrations, database management, performance tracking).
- Be the privileged contact person for clients with a qualitative and commercial approach.
What they ask
- Higher education diploma (bachelor type).
- Ideally at least 2 years of experience in temporary staffing/recruitment.
- Be organized but also able to manage unforeseen events.
- Be comfortable with clients and results-oriented.
- Take initiatives and be proactive.
- A driving license is an asset.
- Knowledge of the technical sector is an asset.
Practical
- A full-time contract with a view to a permanent contract.
- Salary adapted to experience + extra-legal benefits.
- A quarterly bonus linked to results.
- 32 days of leave per year (20 legal + 12 RTT days).
