The client is a government organization that registers and provides data on the location of real estate and associated rights. This data provides guidance for investigating societal issues.
What you do
- Contribute to innovations and the operational maintenance of various applications running in a Kubernetes cluster
- Develop, manage, test, and maintain software applications
- Contribute to the realization and quality assurance of software so that it performs as expected
- Implement technical innovations and ensure high quality of components
- Ensure that applications in different OTAP environments communicate flawlessly with internal and external components
- Automation of service monitoring and supervision
- Participate in a Scrum team and continuously improve services and working methods
What they ask
- Fluent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
- Completed HBO (bachelor) education or higher
- In the past 7 years, demonstrably performed activities within complex systems (comparable to an information system for cables and pipelines) at a minimum of 2 different clients
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience with Java development
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience with Docker
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience with Kubernetes
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Agile/Scrum
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a DevOps team
Preferences.
- Approach and experience with complex services/products, comparable to an information system for cables and pipelines
- Insight into 2 crucial bottlenecks that often occur in this type of work and how they are resolved
