What you do
- Investigate what the network minimally needs to grow (organization, governance, people, processes), based on the principle "as light as possible, as heavy as necessary".
- Design at least two variants for a light but effective governance structure, without stifling the innovation and experimentation climate that makes the network strong.
- Map out financing possibilities and translate them into a business model and multi-year budget.
- Sharpen the proposition and positioning of the network.
- Ensure solid commitment agreements with all partners.

- Demonstrable experience in professionalizing public-private partnerships and understanding how ecosystems work.
- Senior and administratively sensitive, effortlessly interacting with administrators, aldermen, and deputies.
- Strong business orientation and knowledge of financing and revenue models (commercial and public).

- Analytically sharp and able to translate this into clear, concise documents.
