In a hospital school, embedded in the 'rehabilitation integration model' of partial day hospitalization (PDH), a unique approach is applied. Together with other disciplines (therapists, nursing, doctors), a transdisciplinary team works in "rehabilitation classes" with a maximum of 8 students per class. A rehabilitation class consists of a group of children who follow a medical, therapeutic, and pedagogical trajectory in the same room.
The criteria for composing these classes can include age, rehabilitation needs, and educational needs. In addition to general classroom activities, each child receives a personalized learning and rehabilitation program. Collaboration with the rehabilitation hospital is crucial, adhering to core values such as humanity, expertise, creativity, and commitment.
What you will do.
- Function as a teacher in a rehabilitation class, within the kindergarten team.
- In consultation with the multidisciplinary team, support or develop a pedagogical offering tailored to the students.
- Provide educational activities at the kindergarten level.
- Monitor action-plan-based work.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in education: primary education or kindergarten education or HSBO child care or at least a bachelor's degree.
- Be able to present a clear criminal record extract (model 2).
- Bring a recent doctor's certificate demonstrating medical fitness.
