HR Project Manager
You will work within the Human Resources unit of an organization focused on the energy transition, responsible for developing, supporting, and strengthening the organization and its employees, with a focus on talent development, leadership, organizational development, employee experience, and future-proof HR services. You will join the HR Innovation Team, consisting of project managers and process specialists.
The team works on renewing and improving the employee journey by translating HR strategy into effective execution.
What you will do. As a Project Manager, you will lead complex change initiatives involving temporary multidisciplinary project teams made up of various HR professionals. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, HR experts and specialists, IT, Finance, and the wider business to achieve sustainable improvements across the HR landscape.
Key projects include:
- Career & Learning Pathways
- Develop and implement career and learning pathways for critical roles.
- Promote internal mobility and sustainable talent development.
- Strengthen business-critical capabilities required for the energy transition.
- Workforce & Position Management
- Design and implement a future-proof approach to workforce and position management.
- Focus on integrated processes, governance, data quality, and supporting tools.
Depending on priorities, you may also contribute to other strategic HR transformation programs and organization-wide change initiatives.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Ensuring effective and efficient project delivery, with a focus on quality, scope, and timelines.
- Managing and aligning stakeholders across the business, HR management team, and HR Innovation Manager.
- Reporting project progress and results to the HR Innovation Manager.
What they ask The organization is looking for professionals who can contribute to the future of the electricity grid and bring the following:
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience, particularly in HR transformation and change management.
- University level education/background (WO-level).
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience building support within complex organizations.
- Strong analytical and results-oriented approach, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into concrete actions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate teams and achieve results.
- Experience within the energy transition or a similar infrastructure-driven environment is preferred.
Practical information.
- This is a temporary maternity leave replacement role.
- A VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct) must be available before the candidate can start.
- A standard Pre-Employment Screening (PES) will be carried out upon engagement.
- The role can be performed by a self-employed professional.
