A locally established agency is looking for a new Partner/Associate to secure the future of the organization. The organization offers professional services to individuals, self-employed, and business leaders. Personalized advice and tailor-made solutions are central, with attention to the client's specific situation.
What you will do.
- Responsible for the further development of the organization, focusing on the growth of the SME client portfolio.
- Work in close collaboration with current leadership, contribute to the growth and continuity of services, and take on the general management of the organization.
- Commercial development of the business client portfolio.
- Utilize internal expertise and networks to acquire new business clients.
- Empathize with client needs, offer appropriate solutions for optimal protection, and build long-term relationships.
- Participate in customized training programs to build and maintain expertise in a constantly changing landscape.
- Play an important role in the management of the organization, lead the team, contribute to the selection of new employees, and improve internal operations.
- Actively contribute to the future and growth of the organization, including administrative and financial tasks.
Profile
- A strong business SME network is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and French.
- Commercial experience in Insurance is a great asset. Open to candidates from the banking sector, wealth management, audit, and other financial services with the right entrepreneurial DNA.
- Eager to learn and willing to regularly follow training courses.
- Entrepreneurial with commercial flair and a strong likeability factor.
- Excellent networker.
- Has taken the first steps in leading a team.
- Does what you say and says what you do, towards the team and clients. Manages files from A-Z.
- Aims for long-term relationships and has a nose for opportunities.
- Eager to take the step towards independent entrepreneurship.
- Feels at home in a strongly locally embedded agency with an informal atmosphere and close proximity to clients.
- Willingness to take the step towards entrepreneurship and eventually participate in shareholding, possibly via a management company.
