HR Advisor Employment Law

• You are the point of contact for entrepreneurs with questions about employment law situations.
• You help them make choices and provide clear, practical advice.
• You assist them in case of employment disputes, represent their interests, and handle correspondence with legal professionals and lawyers.
• You draft settlement agreements.
• You advise on improvement trajectories and support dossier building.
• You liaise extensively with the absenteeism department (especially for grey absenteeism) and collaborate on solutions that are both legally correct and practically feasible.
• You monitor collective labor agreement developments and create contract templates.
• You write warning letters and other employment law correspondence.
• You support in dysfunction and improvement trajectories.
• You contribute to dossier building and employment conflicts.
• You collaborate intensively with colleagues from the HR and absenteeism departments.
• You maintain contact with clients and external parties.
• Opportunity to combine your work with a secondary role as an external confidential advisor, including reimbursement for the training.

What they ask

• HBO (or WO) working and thinking level.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with employment law.
• Experience in an advisory HR function.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and solution-oriented attitude.
• Independence and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Plus: experience as a confidential advisor and/or LVV recognized confidential advisor certificate.
