As an integrated area development project leader, you guide complex trajectories and contribute to the future of a vibrant environment. You daily navigate between developments, interests, and opportunities.
What you will do.
- You supervise physical projects from start to finish, with an eye for quality, finances, planning, and risks.
- You advise and support the board of a government organization and contribute to the implementation of policies and project plans.
- You integrate sustainability challenges, area development, housing projects, and social interests into one clear trajectory.
- You connect various developments and make choices that help the organization move forward.
- You are the point of contact for initiators and residents and promote collaboration between different parties.
- You encourage knowledge sharing and professionalization within the team to enhance project quality.

- Extensive experience in conducting discussions with other (national) governments, developers, residents, and housing corporations.
- Maintaining an overview and bringing parties together.
- Experienced and driven project leader with strong communication skills and empathy to connect diverse interests.
- Strategic insight to smoothly steer complex trajectories and realize sustainable solutions.
Profile
- Completed higher professional education (HBO) degree, for example in spatial planning, urban planning, urban management, or business administration.
- Knowledge of area development and future-oriented decision-making.
- Knowledge of project-based guidance of area developments with a helicopter view.
- Extensive experience with project management.
- Experience in a complex or political-administrative environment.
