An organization builds advanced AI and marketing technology to help companies grow. This technology creates content at scale, with both human creators and AI, distributes it widely, and learns from every result. Additionally, consulting services are offered to clients, providing advice and building the underlying systems.
What you will do.
- Conceive and create content: short videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, from idea and hook to filmed, edited, and posted. In front of or behind the camera.
- Give each brand its own voice: find a visual style and tone that works for each brand, within the brand guidelines.
- Content that also works as an advertisement will go live as an advertisement. You don't need to read numbers; the team will show you what it did, and you'll make the next one better.
- Stay ahead of trends: you see what's happening on social media and beyond, and you know what fits a brand and what doesn't.
- Scale your ideas: people and AI tools will be next to you, creating hundreds of variations. Your best ideas and formats will be their starting point, and you can use their tools.
Profile
- A born creator. You've always created content, even when no one asked for it.
- You've proven it: content from you on your own channel or for a brand. Links are required.
- You know social media inside out: how TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube work, what a hook is, why one video takes off and another doesn't.
- You edit yourself, quickly and neatly enough in CapCut, Premiere, or whatever you use. Cinematic work is not required.
- Creative, and curious about marketing and why something sells. Analytics doesn't have to be your thing.
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English, for the camera and in text.
- Bonus: photography, AI video and image, copywriting, your own audience.
- Not for you if you primarily plan content calendars and create reports. Here, you create yourself.
Practical
- Form: freelance or in employment, whatever suits best.
- Experience: your work decides, not your years or your diploma.
- Language: fluent Dutch and English.
