What you will do.
- Analyze and structurally resolve recurring or complex application problems.
- Coordinate, prioritize, and monitor escalated support tickets and change requests with software vendors.
- Prepare important application updates and new functionalities, and coordinate and test them together with key users.
- Inventory and assess the existing application landscape, including interconnections and dependencies.
- Identify improvement opportunities, duplicate work, and automation possibilities.
- Translate operational needs into functional requirements and concrete system improvements.
- Support and guide key users with complex issues.
- Monitor the functional operation of system links and coordinate solutions in case of disruptions.
- Document important system changes, configurations, and working agreements.
- Contribute to the further professionalization and standardization of application management within the organization.
