What you do
You will handle both marketing and customer contact. Customer contact is a full-fledged part of your work, placing you at the heart of the organization and allowing you to experience the entire customer process, from attraction to follow-up.
Marketing and commercial growth.
- Contribute to and execute the marketing and social media strategy.
- Coordinate the website, analyze SEO, and optimize pages for more traffic and inquiries.
- Create and manage content for social media and the website.
- Set up marketing actions to attract business clients and large projects.
- Generate new leads and measure the results of actions.
- Manage external parties, such as an an SEO specialist or web developer.
Customer contact and office support.
- Be the point of contact for customers on specific days.
- Evaluate and follow up on incoming inquiries.
- Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Manage the owner's agenda and schedule appointments.
- Maintain contact with potential customers and follow up on offers.
- Support the owner with daily organization.
What they ask
- A higher professional education (HBO) degree in marketing, communication, or commercial economics, or nearing completion.
- Initial experience in marketing gained during studies or afterwards.
- Creative and analytical: able to devise campaigns and analyze their results.
- Enjoys communicating with customers by phone and communicates clearly in writing.
- Works independently, takes initiative, and is proactive.
- Speaks and writes good Dutch and English.
