As a Workforce Business Analyst, you will strengthen a team responsible for Workforce Management (WFM) within a service organization. You will focus on optimizing the deployment of specialists and ensuring a continuous balance between supply and demand. You will also create room for proactive capacity steering and help make capacity processes future-proof. The specialists determine their own availability, which requires a smart, flexible, and data-driven form of capacity planning.
What you do
- Monitor, adjust, and analyze capacity
- Actively set and manage hour or deployment limits
- Perform capacity analyses, forecasts, and trend reports
- Collaborate with the planning team to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Work daily with data, dashboards and reports
Profile
- Preferably 0.5 - 3 years of operational experience within WFM and/or experience with data analysis and/or dashboards (the position is also open to starters with the right competencies)
- Minimum HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level
- A proactive, signaling, and results-oriented problem-solving attitude
- An independent and critical personality
