You will join a team of warm, professional, and eager-to-learn therapists. The client-centered experiential framework is central to working with clients and with each other. Empathy, unconditional acceptance, and authenticity are important values. You will find a place where you can grow and flourish as a therapist in a safe environment. Enthusiasm for learning and organizing projects is highly encouraged.
What you will do.
- You have autonomy in working with your clients.
- Clients register via the website, through referrers connected to the practice, or through their own channels.
- Great importance is attached to a strong therapeutic relationship, allowing clients to choose which therapist they wish to start with.
Profile
- You have a Master's degree in clinical psychology, clinical orthopedagogy, or medicine with a specialization as a psychiatrist.
- Completed, ongoing, or interested in starting an experiential therapy training, with a specialization in children and adolescents.
- Independent status (main or secondary occupation).
- Willingness to participate in intervision and consultation moments.
- Desire to collaborate with other like-minded therapists.
- Interest in supervising bachelor's or master's internships.
- Enthusiasm to shape new projects with other colleagues and encourage each other to learn.
Practical
- Flexibility in working hours, tailored to your needs. You have the freedom to manage your own schedule.
- A fully equipped practice with all necessities: a warm, professionally furnished space, use of the waiting room, toilet, microwave, water, coffee, tea, books.
- Teambuilding.
- Your own page on the practice's website and a personal email address.
- Use of the electronic patient file that is up-to-date with all government requirements, including a secure environment for online sessions.
- Administrative support.
- Regular intervision and additional consultation moments when needed.
