Real Estate Information Manager

As an information manager, you are responsible for the quality of department-wide information provision within the Real Estate department, consisting of multiple business processes. You ensure proper prioritization and coherence of activities within the Real Estate department. Your task is to professionalize and qualitatively improve information provision. You draw up implementation plans and ensure their execution. You monitor the quality of information provision and changes within the Real Estate department.

You are also responsible for the implementation of policy and the associated information provision for the budget. Your role is an overarching one; you deal with information products that meet a broad information need, beyond just Real Estate. You will work closely with information managers within an academic medical center and the real estate information advisor.

Work environment. You will work within the Business Office team, part of the Real Estate directorate of an academic medical center. In this role, you contribute to good information provision and support the entire Real Estate pillar at an operational and tactical level. You work together with a close-knit group of professionals, each with their own area of focus. Together, you are committed to creating a better and safer working environment for patients, employees, visitors, and suppliers.

The work area is gigantic, covering 478,000 m², and is characterized by enormous technical content and diversity. In the coming years, much will happen in construction and real estate, such as large-scale renovation and new construction of the education and research area and a children's hospital. Furthermore, the campus grounds are expanding with new parties that will establish themselves there.

Profile

As an information manager, you are a strong connector and a communicatively skilled professional. You easily switch between different users, interests, and information needs and know how to engage people in a clear and enthusiastic manner. You bring structure to complex issues, work result-oriented, and know how to realize sustainable solutions both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

Even in the face of resistance, you remain steadfast and know how to maintain connection during changes and the development of information products.

What they ask

  • A completed HBO or university education, for example in Business Administration or Informatics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an (IT) project manager.
  • Knowledge and experience with optimization trajectories within the information management domain.
  • Knowledge of Information Management and affinity with real estate, management & maintenance, and a project-based environment.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate.
  • Experience with preparing, executing, and following up on audits.

Practical

  • One-year contract with prospects of permanent employment.
  • Salary indication between € 4,987 and € 6,825 gross per month for 36 hours.
  • Possibility to work full-time or part-time (minimum 32 hours).
  • Partial remote work and 4x9 hour workweeks are possible.
