For a well-known exhibition and conference venue, experienced F&B Coordinators and F&B Floormanagers are sought. You will work at a location where visitors and exhibitors from all over the world gather.
What you will do. Your responsibilities depend on the role:
F&B Coordinator.
- Preparing catering locations for use.
- Instructing and managing hospitality staff.
- Monitoring stock levels and planning.
- Actively participating on the floor.
- Ensuring a tidy completion of activities.
F&B Floormanager.
- Distributing responsibilities and managing the team.
- Monitoring quality, progress, and agreed arrangements.
- Coordinating with Event Management and internal services.
- Making decisions and resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Handling handover, evaluation, and financial settlement.
What they ask For both roles:
- Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of HACCP regulations and associated registration.
- Leadership qualities and ability to work independently.
- Customer-focused, stress-resistant, and able to maintain an overview.
- Experience with banqueting is a plus.
As an F&B Coordinator:
- Minimum two years of work experience in hospitality.
- Experience with POS systems.
As an F&B Floormanager:
- Minimum three years of hospitality experience in various roles and disciplines.
- Demonstrable experience in leadership.
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
- Decisive and strong in communication.
Practical
- A paid introductory period of two weeks.
- Prospect of a follow-up assignment of at least two months upon mutual satisfaction.
- A responsible position in an international environment.
- Varied working days during large exhibitions, conferences, and events.
