Functional Manager Social Domain
You are responsible for the functional management and continuous development of business-critical applications within the Social Domain. This structural role focuses on continuously managing, optimizing, and future-proofing the applications and processes that support the Social Domain. You play an important role in improvement projects and organization-wide changes within a government organization.
What you will do.
- Responsible for functional management and continuous development of applications such as Stratech, Suite4SociaalDomein, and Vroegsignalering.
- Advise on process improvements and the optimal setup and use of information systems.
- Coordinate and guide changes, implementations, releases, and improvement projects.
- Analyze and resolve complex functional issues and incidents.
- Coordinate, test, and accept new functionalities and monitor the quality and continuity of information provision.
- Work intensively with suppliers, users, and other internal stakeholders to continuously improve services.
- Actively contribute to the further development of the application landscape and the organization's digital ambitions.
Profile
As a Functional Manager Social Domain, you are a key figure within the information provision of the Social Domain. Based on your in-depth knowledge of the social domain and experience in functional management, you ensure that systems optimally meet the needs of the organization, users, and residents. You work closely with policy officers, operational teams, information management, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders. You contribute to thinking about future developments.

- Demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years with managing the Suite4SociaalDomein application.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience as a functional manager within a municipal or administrative environment.
- In possession of an ITIL certification and/or BISL certification.
Preferences.
- Demonstrably completed HBO (higher professional education) level education in the field of IT, Informatics, or BIM.
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 8 years as a functional manager within a government organization.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience with coordinating changes, releases, and implementations within a complex organizational environment.
- Demonstrable work experience with process optimization and digitalization projects.
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience with stakeholder management and collaboration with users and suppliers.
- Demonstrable work experience with user support, incident handling, and change management.
