In consultation with industry and professional associations and experts, the governance and organization of information standards are being reconsidered. This is prompted by developments in European legislation and the desire for further standardization of information products. The extent to which this influences the ownership and organization of current information standards will be assessed.
Based on workshops and broad consultation, various scenarios will be outlined for the future structure of the governance and organization of information standards. The outcomes will be incorporated by a government organization into a broader reconsideration of the standards system's structure.
What you will do.
- Guide the process with industry and professional associations, experts, and other stakeholders to achieve the final report.
- (Partially) responsible for drafting the report.
- Organize and coordinate the project.
- Report on the workshops.
- Provide substantive advice on the governance structure.
Deliverables.
- (Interim) Reporting and elaboration of workshop outcomes.
- Reporting on the sounding board session and elaboration of its results.
- Input gathered and elaboration made of three scenarios for the future structure of standards ownership, including pros and cons.
- Sections of the final report written.
- Delivery of the final report to the client.
Profile
- Experience in organizing and coordinating projects.
- Able to translate input from various parties into clear statements, identify commonalities and differences, and distill overarching strategic lines.
- Knowledge of digitalization and governance issues in healthcare is important.
