As a Total Advisor / Sustainability Account Manager, you help private customers make their homes more sustainable. You work exclusively with warm leads: customers who have expressed interest in one or more sustainable solutions. You inventory the customer's wishes, provide honest and appropriate advice, and guide the entire process from initial contact to delivery. You work closely with installation partners and ensure that the customer has one fixed point of contact throughout the process.
You advise on solar panels, home batteries, heat pumps, charging stations, central heating boilers, water heaters, air conditioners, insulation, and meter boxes, among other things. Through an internal training program, you will continue to develop into an all-round advisor.
What you do
- Advise private customers on sustainable solutions
- Conduct advisory discussions, online and at customers' homes
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Guide the entire customer journey from request to delivery
- Maintain contact with customers and installation partners
- Identify commercial opportunities and achieve sales results
- Continuously develop yourself through internal training and product training
Profile
- Strong communication skills and able to advise customers in a pleasant manner
- Commercially oriented, results-driven, and thinks in solutions
- Works independently and takes responsibility
- Interest in sustainability and wants to expand product knowledge
- Experience in sales, account management, or a commercial advisory role is a plus, but not a must; the organization will train you
- In possession of a B driving license
Practical
- A salary between € 2,600 and € 5,000 gross per month, depending on experience, knowledge
