As an interim Privacy Officer, you will work on privacy issues for various organizations. You will monitor privacy laws and regulations, provide advice, and support implementation. The focus is on advising, implementing, and creating awareness.
What you will do.
- Inform, advise, and report to various stakeholders within the organization on obligations arising from privacy laws and regulations (GDPR, AI-Act).
- Advise on and assess Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
- Identify relevant developments/issues concerning privacy.
- Advise on implementation and monitor progress.
- Drive Privacy Awareness.
Profile
- Minimum of a completed HBO degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a client-oriented organization.
- Broad orientation in the field of Privacy, Security, and relevant data legislation.
- Strong affinity with or in-depth knowledge of GDPR and related legislation.
- Preferably certifications such as CIPM and/or CIPP/E or other privacy-related qualifications.
- Entrepreneurial, flexible, solution-oriented, and strong in communication.
- Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
