• Participate in the development and implementation of the municipality's spatial policy.
• Guide dossiers related to spatial planning and area development.
• Guide dossiers related to land affairs (purchase and sale of land).
• Seek out opportunities for future developments.
• Maintain contacts with owners, consulting firms, authorities, and other partners.
• Lead projects from A to Z and bring the right people together.
• Monitor project progress and ensure dossier flow.
• Coordinate with colleagues, administration, and external partners for smooth collaboration.
• Contribute to thinking about and shaping the spatial future of the municipality.
• Be involved in the operations of the GECORO.

What they ask

• Possess a bachelor's degree.
• Interest in spatial development, urban planning, real estate, or project management.
• Knowledge of spatial planning is a plus; willingness to delve deeper into this if necessary.
• Work in a structured manner and be able to keep multiple dossiers moving simultaneously.

• Gross monthly salary between € 3,671 and € 5,943 (depending on experience).
