Real Estate Agent
A consulting organization is growing and expanding. For a business partner, an experienced real estate agent is sought who sees the challenge in setting up a new branch of the real estate agency. You will be given the space to be entrepreneurial and build your own client portfolio, while simultaneously receiving support from an existing branch and collaborating with a financial service provider.
What you do
As a real estate agent, you are responsible for setting up and growing the branch. You actively acquire sales and purchase assignments and increase the organization's brand awareness. At the same time, you contribute to building a hub where working, meeting, and advising come together, with an important role for the business partner's store in the accessible presentation of housing offerings. This ensures visibility, strong customer relationships, and local involvement.
Your daily activities include:
- Acquiring new assignments.
- Guiding purchase and sale processes.
- Conducting viewings and (if applicable) valuations.
- Building and maintaining your own client portfolio.
- Strengthening the visibility of the organization in the local market.
In addition, you work closely with the financial advisors of the business partner. This collaboration stimulates cross-pollination between real estate and financial services, creating extra opportunities and enhanced customer service. You are not alone: you receive support from the existing organization and benefit from assignments and leads through the real estate agency and financial services.
Profile
You are an entrepreneurial and results-oriented real estate agent with a strong local feel for the market. You see opportunities and know how to convert them into concrete assignments. You work independently, but also actively seek collaboration with colleagues and partners to achieve collective growth. You are visible, easily make contact, and know how to gain customers' trust. Furthermore, you have a commercial mindset and are driven to build and expand your own client base.
Additionally, you possess:
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of work experience within real estate.
- A K-RMT diploma (RT – Registered Valuer is a plus).
- Experience with both purchase and sale guidance.
- Strong commercial and communication skills.
- A good network in (or affinity with) the region.
Practical
After your application:
- Within three working days, a recruiter will contact you for a brief introductory meeting.
- If both parties are enthusiastic, an appointment will be scheduled where the manager of this vacancy will also join.
