Responsible for monitoring and supervising the production process within a (sub-)process in a distribution center.
- Leading a team of logistics employees and operators.
- Ensuring an efficient working method and monitoring the quality of work.
- Promoting a positive working environment for colleagues.
- Preparing reports and preventing disruptions and deviations in the process.
- Coaching and leadership role, monitoring productivity, satisfaction, and safety at the workplace.
- Leading a team of fifteen to twenty-five colleagues per shift.
- Distributing tasks and ensuring accurate execution.
- Collaborating with other team leaders and reporting to a supervisor on progress.
- Working in a rotating schedule with day or evening shifts.

- Processing reports (10%)
- In case of disruptions and understaffing: adjust planning, effectively deploy and manage available personnel, and monitor work quality and employee satisfaction.
What they ask
- Completed MBO education (Dutch secondary vocational education, Logistics direction or similar).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Logistics or related field.
- Leadership experience and a coaching leadership style.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate at multiple levels.
- Results-oriented and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Availability once every 2 weeks on Sunday from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
