What you do

Guiding job seekers and employees with a work disability in their development towards employment.
Drawing up, implementing, and monitoring individual development plans and action plans.
Conducting development, progress, and evaluation interviews.
Mapping out possibilities, development potential, and obstacles for candidates.
Promoting the development and progression of candidates to suitable work.
Mediating candidates into employment.
Collaborating with practical supervisors, job hunters, and other involved professionals.
Case manager for sick leave within your own caseload.
Investigating what support is needed and what development opportunities exist.
Monitoring the progress of trajectories and adjusting where necessary.

What they ask

Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of mbo 4 level.
Demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years as a Work Coach, Job Coach, and/or a comparable function within the social domain.
Demonstrable work experience with guiding people with a work disability or people with a distance to the labor market.
Demonstrable knowledge of the Participation Act (Participatiewet).
Willingness to work primarily on-site during the assignment period.

Preferences.

Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of hbo bachelor level.
Demonstrable work experience within a social work company or municipal organization.
Demonstrable work experience with employment development and guiding the target group of the Participation Act (Participatiewet), WSW, Beschut Werk, and/or Wajong.
Demonstrable work experience with drawing up and implementing development plans focused on employment development and participation.
Demonstrable work experience with absenteeism guidance and reintegration processes.
A personal motivation addressing suitability for the assignment, relevant work experience, and motivation for this assignment.
