Focus on quality improvement and innovation in geriatric care - Contribute to the future of geriatric care in a warm, patient-centered hospital environment - Support the further development of geriatric care pathways and quality initiatives - Combine clinical expertise with project-based work to optimize care processes What you will do. - Develop, implement, and monitor quality and improvement projects within geriatric care - Support care teams in change and improvement processes - Analyze processes and formulate improvement proposals based on data and quality indicators - Coordinate projects related to patient safety, fall prevention, delirium care, malnutrition, and other geriatric themes - Act as a point of contact for geriatric expertise within multidisciplinary working groups - Organize and provide training and awareness campaigns for employees - Actively participate in internal and external consultations - Monitor relevant legislation and regulations and translate them into practice - Collaborate with doctors, nurses, paramedics, and support services to ensure quality care What they ask - Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a graduated/HBO5 Nursing diploma, supplemented with relevant experience - Experience in geriatrics is a strong asset - A special professional title or special professional competence in geriatrics is an added value - Interest in quality care, project work, and process optimization - Structured work approach and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously - Strong communication skills and ability to engage colleagues in changes - Analytical and solution-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team - Proficiency with digital applications and reporting tools Practical aspects.
