What you will do.
- Develop and provide teacher training in Supervision, Teaching, Design, and Assessment, contributing to the learning of teachers within the University Teaching Qualification (UTQ).
- Balance creativity with project management skills in the development and quality management of courses, workshops, and resources for teacher professionalization.
- Inspire and facilitate teachers to develop themselves as professional educators.
- Support the development and implementation of innovative learning environments through the professionalization of teachers and teaching teams.
- Support the implementation of the institution's vision for education.
What they ask
- A relevant MSc degree in the field of Educational or pedagogical sciences.
- Knowledge of educational theories, methods, structures, and design, and preferably knowledge and experience in communication models, theories, and best practices.
- Experience as a trainer or teacher in higher education, with a focus on soft skills (e.g., communication, group supervision, community building).
- Knowledge of advice, development, and implementation of educational improvements and innovations in higher education curricula/programs, especially regarding GenAI.
- Ability to work agile, with deadlines and a stress-resistant attitude.
- Excellent proficiency in English (C2); if you do not speak Dutch, a willingness to follow Dutch language courses is preferred.
- Competencies: clear communicative abilities, able to deal with different stakeholders, intercultural sensitivity, assertive, solution-oriented, team player, creative, and curious.
