IT Project Manager Claims (Insurance)

A large insurance organization has a Consulting and Claims Projects entity that manages IT projects of various sizes on behalf of its General Management or other internal departments.

• The mission consists of coordinating a usage project with its environment: business projects, Flux Factory team, Production teams, Technical and Application Foundations.
• We are looking for a confirmed IT Project Manager, in conjunction with the organization's Claims Department, with project progress reporting to the group program.

Key responsibilities.

• Participate in framing the usage project by coordinating, executing, or participating in drafting choice files, in conjunction with the Claims Department.
• Ensure alignment and synchronization of all project stakeholders.
• Set up dedicated instances to manage planning adherence.
• Manage risks and associated action plans.
• Communicate on project work execution (progress and risks) and report progress to the group program.
• Support Business and IT teams in their choices and prioritization of work in case of dependencies or scope/resource constraints between projects.
• Ensure economic aspects are considered (needs, capacity adjustment) and monitor progress through features and capacity to deliver.
• Animate the relationship between IT teams, business lines, and the organization's DTSI actors (CMP, Development, Validation, Architecture, Production), in conjunction with the business pilot.
• Support production and service launches.

Deliverables.

• Action plan and associated deliverables, in coordination with all business and IT teams.
• Framing deliverables and choice files.
• Organization of meetings and drafting of minutes.
• Drafting of certain specifications in conjunction with the teams.
• Participation in the preparation of instance support materials (meetings, committees).
• Updating and maintaining steering tools (load, consumed, landing, planning, risks).
• Activity reporting.
