A medical imaging practice is looking for a medical imaging technologist/nurse for a flexi-job. The practice is equipped with modern imaging technology and is known for quality, collegiality, and a personal approach. You will guide patients daily through their examination process and be an important link in the operation.
What you will do.
- You will receive and prepare patients for their examination.
- You will perform radiological examinations according to protocols.
- You will ensure correct and qualitative imaging for further analysis by radiologists.
- You will monitor patient safety and carefully apply radiation protection guidelines.
- You will reassure patients and offer them professional, human contact.
- You will contribute to efficient practice operations and help technical processes run smoothly.
- You will assist with scheduling and confirming appointments.
- You will work closely with radiologists, imaging colleagues, and administrative staff.
Profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in nursing with experience in medical imaging, or you are a bachelor medical technologist in Belgium.
- You possess the necessary certificates (e.g., radiation protection).
- You are digitally skilled and can work easily with electronic patient files.
- You work accurately, empathetically, and professionally.
- You enjoy patient contact and strive for quality healthcare.
- You function well in a team but can also perform your tasks independently.
- You are willing to work flexibly in a variable schedule.
- You speak fluent Dutch.
