This assignment involves supporting real estate management and energy issues, including sustainability, within a municipal organization.
- In 2027, the organization aims to investigate the possibilities for the acquisition and implementation of a real estate information system.
- You contribute to organizing and maintaining real estate data.
- You visualize energy data and translate it into adequate energy monitoring and an action plan for making buildings more sustainable.
- Depending on your knowledge and experience, you coordinate energy issues related to buildings, street lighting, and pumping stations.
What you will do.
- Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of preventive, corrective, and major maintenance.
- Ensure that building files are complete, comply with laws and regulations, and that necessary real estate data is recorded traceably.
- Support the technical manager in the preparation and execution of planned maintenance activities.
- Support the real estate management coordinator in improving and managing tenant and user agreements, including demarcation and allocation of service costs.
- Visualize energy data and contribute to energy monitoring.
- Coordinate energy issues and contribute to an action plan for making municipal buildings more sustainable.

What they ask
- A demonstrable completed HBO bachelor's degree (higher professional education) at minimum.
- Demonstrable work experience in real estate management, real estate maintenance, and/or technical real estate management.
- Demonstrable work experience with sustainable multi-year maintenance plans ((D)MJOPs) from an MJOP management system.
Preferences.
- Demonstrable work experience with real estate management of social real estate within a municipal organization or other public organization.
- Demonstrable work experience with collecting, analyzing, and monitoring energy data and advising on real estate sustainability.
- Demonstrable work experience with managing tenant and user agreements, including service costs and demarcation issues.
- Demonstrable work experience with subsidy processes, financial accountability, and/or budget monitoring within real estate management.
- Demonstrable work experience with coordinating maintenance projects and managing external suppliers or contractors.
