Crisis Organization Advisor
As a crisis organization advisor, you provide expertise, new insights, or a different dynamic to our clients' teams. Your new colleagues are broadly educated, aware of the latest developments, and share practical experience and modern knowledge in crisis management and organization. A consulting firm helps its clients, government organizations, non-profits, and companies, in further developing their organization.
We do this by conducting evaluations and research, developing plans, or temporarily fulfilling a role in a team. We distinguish ourselves by a short-cycle approach in which we intensively involve the client.
What you do
- You will work on an assignment that fits within the domain of crisis management and aligns with your knowledge and work experience.
- You use your knowledge, experience, and network to provide your contacts with up-to-date insights, knowledge, and expertise.
- You are open and curious and always ensure that the outcomes of your work are in line with the wishes and ambitions of the organization for which you carry out the assignment.
- During your work, you can count on the backup of your team.
- We regularly organize a knowledge session for all colleagues, for example, on current topics or to jointly evaluate a major incident.
- Our team of developers, trainers, relationship managers, and advisors is always ready to brainstorm or provide you with knowledge.
What they ask
- At least three years of experience in resilience and crisis management.
- A completed relevant education, for example, crisis & security management, public administration, or integral safety.
- You approach issues in a structured way and are strong in planning and organizing.
- You are environmentally aware and keep up with current events out of interest.
- You communicate clearly, are pragmatic, and are not easily flustered.
- You quickly identify and analyze, and listen to the different interests of stakeholders.
- You are enthusiastic, a creative thinker, and possess empathy and tact.
- Regularly working at varying locations and occasionally stepping out of your comfort zone is a challenge you enjoy.
- You appreciate an informal work atmosphere.
