QHSE Manager

What you do

Ensure that the organization continues to comply with applicable standards and certifications, including FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, and ISO 15343.
Conduct audits, monitor quality systems, and ensure that procedures and work instructions remain current.
Lead the QHSE teams.
Analyze quality and safety risks and translate them into concrete improvements.
Guide improvement projects and support product developments.
Be involved in digitalization and automation within the quality department.
Report QHSE results and manage budgets.
Maintain contacts with external parties, auditors, and authorities.

What they ask

Minimum 5 years of experience as a QHSE Manager within a production environment.
Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 15343, and FSSC 22000.
Experience with quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, 5 Why, Kaizen, and Pareto.
Knowledge of HACCP, VACCP, and TACCP.
Experience with audits and quality management systems.
Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
