What you do
- Actively manage the daily operations of the clinic
- Coach, guide, and motivate the team
- Monitor quality, efficiency, and customer experience
- Identify and resolve daily challenges
- Manage the agendas of specialists and practitioners
- Create staff schedules

- Ensure a high-quality client experience
- Identify areas for improvement within the organization
- Contribute to ideas for marketing, events, and commercial growth
- Actively contribute to the further development of the organization
- Collaborate directly with the founders
- Translate ideas into concrete improvements
- Contribute to strategy and growth discussions
- Take responsibility for results and objectives
- Act as a team leader and first point of contact for colleagues
- Be a sparring partner for management
What they ask
- Minimum MBO (intermediate vocational education) work and thinking level
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, for example as a front office employee, customer-facing role, sales, retail
- A natural leader who gains energy from managing and motivating a team
- Strong organizational skills, works structured, and maintains an overview even under pressure
- Takes initiative, thinks in solutions, and feels responsible for the success of the clinic
- Possesses excellent communication skills
- Has an eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Affinity with cosmetic care, beauty, or private healthcare is a significant plus
