What you do
Assignment Delivery & Ownership.
- Take full ownership of assignments/projects within a program.
- Define scope, approach, planning, and deliverables independently.
- Drive execution and ensure timely delivery with minimal supervision.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Bridging.
- Act as a primary interface between business, IT, and external stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders with differing priorities.
- Facilitate workshops, decision-making sessions, and progress reviews.
Data-Driven Insights.
- Working knowledge of IT/network environments and system integrations.
- Leverage data analysis to inform decisions, identify trends, and support recommendations.
- Work with data models, reporting tools, and dashboards.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across initiatives.
Network & System Awareness.
- Understand how systems, platforms, and network components interact.
- Assess impact of changes on infrastructure and data flows.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and IT teams.
What they ask
- 5–10 years in project management, consulting, or program delivery roles.
- Experience in data-related initiatives (analytics, reporting, data transformation).
- Exposure to IT infrastructure, networking, or system integration projects.
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills (senior-level exposure).
- Strong communication: able to translate technical ↔ business language.
- Independent, proactive, and structured way of working.
- Problem-solving mindset with high accountability.
