Tax Advisor Middle Market Public Sector

The practice focuses on corporate tax, income tax, dividend tax, conditional withholding tax, inheritance and gift tax, incentives & subsidies, and international taxes such as treaties.

• You provide advice on these taxes, both in the context of regular consulting and for cross-border corporate restructurings, refinancings, IPOs, innovation projects, and public-private partnerships.
• You advise companies in the private and/or public sector, such as Dutch headquarters of private equity-held companies, large (international) Dutch family businesses, healthcare institutions, educational and research institutions, housing corporations, and other (semi-)governmental organizations.
• Additionally, you advise high-net-worth individuals on wealth management, business succession, and inheritance.
• You collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines, such as VAT, transfer pricing, workforce, and legal.

What they ask

• You have a university master's degree in Tax Law or Fiscal Economics.
• You are motivated to thoroughly investigate tax issues and translate them practically for the client.
