Opportunity for an independent and proactive HR Advisor within a growing international production organization.
- The role involves advice, operational HR activities, process improvement, and recruitment.

What you do
- Advise employees, managers, and management on various HR issues.
- Act as a sparring partner for managers.
- Guide absenteeism processes and support with personnel issues.
- Contribute to HR policy, processes, and procedures.
- Identify and implement improvements within HR processes.
- Contribute to HR projects and the professionalization of the HR department.
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee development programs.
- Manage personnel files and employee insurance.
- Draft and update HR documentation and personnel regulations.
- Ensure correct execution of HR administration.
- Support and coordinate recruitment activities.
- Guide application procedures and onboarding processes.
What they ask
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR advisory or a broad HR generalist role.
- Experience advising managers and employees.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- In possession of own transport for travel between work locations.
- Experience with HR administration, absenteeism guidance, and recruitment.
