A sectoral training fund, active since 2013, is looking for a training employee. This fund is the learning & development partner for over 17,000 workers and 5,000 companies in a specific sector. The goal is to offer training and hands-on learning experiences that strengthen talents and contribute to healthy and resilient businesses.
What you will do.
- Daily (administrative) support for the training coordinator.
- Participate in planning, monitoring, and organizing the training offerings.
- Evaluate and analyze past training sessions in internal consultation.
- Contribute to internal and external communication (in collaboration with other team members and communication partners) by performing translations, ad hoc website adjustments, drafting newsletters, and managing social media.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree level thinking in (digital) communication, administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Able to write fluently and clearly.
- Good knowledge of common IT tools.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Creative, takes initiative, and is results- and solution-oriented.
- Fluent in French and Dutch (oral and written).
