HR Manager

For a growing group of medical practices, an HR professional is sought to manage daily HR operations for approximately eight to ten locations. You will report to the Head of HR and collaborate with regional HR colleagues and an internal recruiter. You will perform the tasks yourself and will not have a direct HR team reporting to you.

What you will do.

• You will be the point of contact for employees and specialists regarding contracts, salaries, absences, and personnel files.
• You will monitor payroll in collaboration with the social secretariat and local staff, providing practical support where needed.
• You will integrate newly acquired locations: checking and harmonizing contracts, work regulations, salary scales, and HR agreements.
• You will guide local managers with personnel questions and difficult conversations.
• You will interview candidates and organize onboarding, with support from the internal recruiter.
• You will clarify responsibilities within the locations and explain changes on-site.

What they ask

• Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HRBP having independently performed a similar operational task package.
• Knowledge of Belgian social legislation, contracts, and work regulations.
• Practical payroll knowledge.
• Excellent command of French, also for difficult personnel conversations.
• Conversational level of Dutch for smooth communication with colleagues.
• Ability to work with English-language policies.
